Unveiling Potentials is a European Erasmus+ project implemented in Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy and Spain. We support HR professionals, managers and VET practitioners in building neurodiversity-inclusive workplaces and expanding career opportunities for neurodivergent adults.
Project overview
Unveiling Potentials is a European Erasmus+ project implemented in Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, and Spain that aims to foster neurodiversity-inclusive workplaces and expand career opportunities for neurodivergent adults. Working with human resources professionals, managers, and vocational education and training (VET) practitioners, the project builds the skills and tools needed to recognise, support, and harness the strengths of neurodivergent employees, particularly those with undiagnosed or undisclosed Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Neurodiversity remains one of the most overlooked dimensions of workplace inclusion. Unveiling Potentials addresses this gap by providing evidence-based learning resources, a structured Training of Trainers framework, and a pilot mentoring model that together drive cultural change in organisations and create real pathways for neurodivergent adults in the labour market.
Specific Objectives
Raise awareness
Increase understanding of undiagnosed and undisclosed ASD among HR professionals, managers and team leaders across Europe.
Strengthen inclusive practices
Provide practical frameworks and tools to improve recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day management for a neurodivergent workforce.

Create new professional pathways for neurodivergent adults through structured mentoring and peer support in VET environments.

Support organisations to move beyond compliance towards meaningful inclusion and appreciation of neurodivergent talent.

Develop free, multilingual digital materials that trainers and organisations can reuse long after the project ends.

All materials developed by the Unveiling Potentials project are available here free of charge, in multiple languages. Whether you are an HR professional, a VET trainer, a manager, or a policy maker, you will find practical, evidence-based resources to help you build a more neurodiversity-inclusive workplace and open up better career opportunities for neurodivergent adults. New resources will be added as the project progresses, so check back regularly to stay informed!

Evidence-Based Curriculum
A free, multilingual e-learning programme that gives HR professionals and managers the knowledge and practical tools to support neurodivergent colleagues and candidates, with a particular focus on undiagnosed and undisclosed ASD.
